Terms of Service
The Christian National Church issues ordinations based on the acceptance of our spiritual requirements. All ministers we ordain are considered to be in good standing with our church at the time of registration, regardless of past personal history. We reserve the right to revoke a minister's good standing with our church should complaints concerning the minister's ethical standards arise at any point following registration.
We reserve the right to deny acceptance of any application for any reason. If your application is denied, you will be notified within 7 days of registration and your fees will be refunded in full, including the cost of any additional merchandise orders.
Merchandise Return Policy
We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with anything you purchase from us, so we offer a full 30-day money back guarantee on all merchandise, including ordination fees and custom printed products. You may return any products to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Please send returned items to:

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, a credit will be issued to your payment card. Please indicate on your returned items that you are requesting a refund, and allow one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your statement.
Damage Replacement Policy
We offer free 60-day replacement of official ordination certificates lost or damaged in the mail. To request a replacement certificate, send a request to support(at)ministerregistration.org with your full name, complete mailing address, and date of ordination.
We offer free replacement of all other merchandise damaged in shipping if requested within 7 days of receipt. The damaged merchandise must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.
Unless the registrant requests otherwise, the Christian National Church will not release registrant names of good standing or minister contact information to third parties. However, the Christian National Church will respond to verification requests provided the requesting entity include the following information:
* Registrant's full name
* Registrant's city of residence at the time of certification
* Registrant's state of residence at the time of certification
In instances where a registration must be revoked for reasons including, but not limited to, association with illegal activities, child abuse, or misrepresentation of personal information, the registrants name may be provided to law enforcement agencies, credit bureaus, the registrant's county clerk's office, and employers.
The Christian National Church makes no represenation or warranty as to our certification's applicability or fitness for a particular purpose or qualification. The Christian National Church makes no claims that certification will guarantee employment, enrollment in an academic institution, or satisify any other specific requirements. Christian National Church minister certifications demonstrate acceptance of our faith and qualifications for minister ordination and are not evidence of completion of an academic or professional course of instruction.
