This registration certifies you as an ordained Christian minister authorizing you to perform weddings, organize bible studies, hold prayer sessions, lead a church congregation, and all other worldly duties of a holy Christian pastor. Registration includes introductory materials, ministry booklet in organizing fellowship, guide for new pastors on performing wedding ceremonies, and official certificate.

You must agree to the following by checking each box:

	One True God I do hereby solemnly state my belief in the Lord God as the one true God. I hold no other before Him, I honor His word as the almighty ruler of both Heaven and Earth, and I give thanks to Him for all that he has bestoyed upon me.
	Jesus Christ our Savior I do hereby accept Jesus Christ, born of the Virgin Mary, as the son of God and our true and holy savior. He died for my sins, decended into hell but rose again, is now seated at the right hand of the Father to watch over me, and for that I give thanks.
	Forgiveness of Sins I confess that I am a sinner, I have prayed for forgiveness of all past sins, and I have forgiven all those who have sinned against me. I ask for strength from the Lord to help me follow a righteous path and lead others by the Will of God.
